I often teach clients the philosophy behind affirmations and how to use them in their lives to attract what they want, rather than what they don’t want.

This little girl has it! She feels good and is enjoying herself and that is the key to powerful life changing affirmations.

She shows us just how to do affirmations and love doing it! And…she’s looking herself square in the eyes while she’s doing it.

If she can do it so can you.

She inspires me, I hope she does the same for you.

In order to grow and develop it’s important to research what successful people in your area of life know about and practice.  So, if you were a golfer, you’d become familiar with Tiger Woods and how he has become so successful at his game.

When you’ve reached the point of realising that some beliefs you have are inherited from people that aren’t successful at what they do, you can use that knowledge to your benefit. You can release the beliefs that equal mediocrity and choose empowering beliefs that support your success in everything you want in your life.

One of the laws of the Universe is the Law of Attraction. Happy people know about the Law of Attraction and use it to enjoy a full and abundant life.

Your connection with the Angels grows stronger the more that you learn about the Angels, receive and accept guidance and believe in their power by inviting them into your world. Each one of us lives in a mini version of the wider reality we are all conscious of. And outside of that is another reality where the Angels wait for us to ask for help. They are trying to get our attention and use the mini worlds we live in to communicate with us.

Once you’ve decided to connect with the Angels or specifically your Guardian Angel, the Angels will be there for you. It is useful and enjoyable to be able to record insights, moments of clarity and signs you receive from the Angels, because:-

Your feelings are your barometer showing you what you are attracting.

Any tension in your body means the flow of life isn’t flowing through you. Relax, let go and allow energy to flow through you. It is only fear that stops you doing this for yourself. Think loving thoughts and know you’ll be safe, and then let go…

One way of letting go and allowing the flow of life is to give the best of yourself. Decide now to give the best of yourself to everyone and notice how much better it feels, how you have more power and how life carrys you along much more happily.

An Attitude of Gratitude is essential to becoming a vibrational match for the things you want to BE, DO and HAVE in your life.

We are all on a journey of learning how to manifest everything we want with no limits.

Here’s some action you can take,

Use a Gratitude Journal. Every night before you go to sleep, write a list of what you are grateful for NOW in your life, and a second list of all that you are receiving, as if you already have it.

Use statements like, “I am truly grateful NOW that I am….” and “Thank you, I am so happy that….”
