How Do The E-Coaching Packages Work?
Each E-Coaching Package, Bronze, Silver or Gold includes a 30 minute Free Introductory Coaching Session. The focus of this Introductory Coaching Session is to discover together how Coaching can help you, and to learn more about you and your challenges and goals. Once you’ve registered for E-Coaching, and prior to the Introductory Coaching Session, you will receive an Initial Assessment form to complete. This will give me some basic information relevant to Coaching you. It’s also very important to decide at the Introductory Coaching Session, if firstly I’m the Coach for you and secondly if Coaching is right for you at this time. If we decide either I am not the Coach for you, or I feel Coaching is not the right course of action at this time, I will firstly explore with you your other options and also refund your money.
