This Programme is inspired by the work of Louise L Hay and Patricia Crane. Louise now known as a poineer of the self-help movement, used the strategies in this Programme to turn her life around following a tormented upbringing.
Her childhood was unstable and impoverished, and her teen years were marked by abuse. Louise’s philosophy is that our beliefs and ideas about ourselves can often be the cause of our emotional and physical problems. By becoming aware and changing our thinking, our lives transform, often very quickly.
Louise herself says that if she, a child who experienced abuse and instability, can use these same strategies to heal her life so that there are many opportunities not only to create her own success but also to help and support others. Then you can do it too!
